The site in this case posed particular challenges as regards size, proximity to a main road and its inclined nature. Other characteristics did, however, make up for this including particularly good ocean views taking in the local islands etc and its proximity to local amenities within the village. The project comprises 6 no. apartments of in or around 70m² each configured to maximise the views and with private balconies.
