The project comprises the development of 16 no. apartments and two houses of varying sizes located on an elevated and exposed coastal site within the Gaeltacht area of Gweedore, Co. Donegal. The configuration of the site layout and design of the buildings makes maximum use of the land available whilst at the same time taking advantage of breathtaking views of the ocean.
