The brief was to design a new enterprise centre for start up businesses specialising in the IT trade and required 10 no. units of varying sizes. The units are provided with shared reception, meeting rooms and technical support located in a rural location in West Donegal. The object of the development is to encourage young talented IT professionals to stay and develop software and products within the rural community. The project has enabled this to be realised and is now seen as a resounding success. Morgan Architects are proud to have been part of the process to enable this to happen.
